Fee Schedule
Full management
- $100 Set up fee
- 10% of monthly rental rental amount
- $49.95 listing fee for Military By Owner (optional but recommended))
Tenant Placement Fee w/o management
- 1/2 a full months rent
- $49.95 listing fee for Military By Owner (optional but recommended)
Renewal Services
- Recommend ways to improve and insure resident retention
- Handle negotiations between tenant and owner (if necessary)
- Handle tenant signing of new lease
