- Agents show houses throughout the week, not just Monday – Friday

- $49.95 listing fee for Military By Owner (optional but recommended)
- Recommend ways to improve and insure resident retention
- Handle negotiations between tenant and owner (if necessary)
- Handle tenant signing of new lease
