Moving with a pet?

 

 

At Seaside Rentals, we understand that your family pet is a family member.  We understand that finding a home that will allow you to bring your pet is one of the most important requirements in finding in a home.  You will find that we offer many homes that will allow you to bring your pet and happily so.  However, we do have a few requirements that  must be met to ensure a happy Homeowner-Tenant with pet relationship.  Please be prepared to meet the following requirements.

 

Number of Pets:  2 Pet Maximum

Type of pets allowed:  Cat or Dog  (please see restricted dog list below)

Max. Weight Limit:  35 Lbs.  (Full Grown Weight)

Additional Deposit Required:  $300 Non-refundable

Additional Rent:  $0

Health Requirements:  Proof of Proper Up-to-Date Vaccinations.

Additional:  Pictures of all pets must be provided for Tenant file prior to signing lease.

NO Exotic Pets ( Such as reptiles, pigs, or large rodents)

The resident SHALL NOT have the right to have any pet or live animal of any nature in or about the premises without the expressed WRITTEN consent of Seaside Rentals.  Deposits and Pet Addendum must be signed before bringing a pet onto the property (excluding assistive living pets).  Any deviation from this policy is a lease violation.

Tenants requiring assistive living pets must provide a doctor’s statement as proof of disability and need.
